On June 11, 2025, the Accessible Hospitality Alliance, will host the inaugural aha Forum, in Partnership with Thomas Franks and TWO Services. The event takes place at The Urban Farmer Project, Shoe Lane in the City of London. This unique event offers delegates collaborative sessions on topics influenced by delegates as well as guidance from members of the Accessible Hospitality Alliance Advisory Board, and Ambassadors.

Through interactive discussions, delegates will share their experiences, views, and advice on crucial advancements in accessibility including fostering an accessible culture, the inclusive workplace, and the provision of accessible guest facilities and services.

Attendees will also enjoy panel discussions sharing invaluable accessibility insights and strategies with leading lights from across our industry.

Robin Sheppard FIH, President, Bespoke Hotels

A highlight of the event will be an ‘in conversation’ session hosted by Piers Zangana with Robin Sheppard FIH, chair of Accessible Hospitality Alliance who will share his accessible journey to date with delegates. Sheppard’s perspective is gained from being founder and President of Bespoke Hotels, the UK’s largest independent hotel group, a disabled person, and an accessibility advocate with a great many years’ experience in championing accessibility. This session will offer a deep dive into the experiences and wisdom of one of the industry’s most influential figures.

Sheppard hinted at some of the conversation that will take place saying: “I aim for a hospitality world that welcomes everyone. Accessibility should be part of our industry DNA. I will endeavour to try and shed some light on how Bespoke Hotels, and many others have adopted and made strides towards meeting this objective.”

The aha Forum, in Partnership with Thomas Franks and TWO Services takes place from midday – 6pm on Wednesday 11th June, The Urban Farmer Project, Shoe Lane, City of London, London EC4A 3JR. Tickets are already sold out. More events will be announced soon.
